Projects are collections of campaigns. It makes managing multiple campaigns and members’ accesses and rights easier.

Here are a few scenarios when you can consider using the projects:

  • For every client, create a new project

  • If you have multiple marketing or PR teams, you can isolate their work with projects

  • Separate promotional activities for different products and services.

How to Create a Project

Go to the client dashboard and click the three-line button near the open project name. Click +, name your new project, and save it. You have created a new project. Now, you can add campaigns and invite members to it.

How to Invite Members to Projects

Every project is an isolated space for those whom you invite. Go to a project and find the Invite Members button in its header. Provide emails of people you want to invite, choose their roles and click Invite.

How to Rename a Project

Find the three-dot button near the project name to open the actions menu. Choose Rename, edit the name, and save the changes.

How to Delete a Project

To delete a project, click the three-dot button near the project name, choose Delete and confirm the action.

You can’t delete projects in the following cases:

  • If it’s the only project left in your organisation

  • If you have no admin rights in the project

  • If the project has campaigns with orders inside them.

What Activity Feed Is

In every project, you can see aggregate activities from all the campaigns within this project, and the project changes over time. It can help to have a bird-view of what’s going on with the project without going inside every campaign and placement one by one.

How to Remove a Member from a Project

Go to a project, find the table with members and click the three-dot button for a member you want to remove from the project. Click Remove and confirm the action.

What If Projects Have Disappeared

Every project belongs to an organization. Ensure you've selected the correct organization (you can do it from the header menu).
